The Process
​
 After discussing your wants and needs and conducting a walkthrough, I will provide my recommendations addressing current, near-term, and future needs. You might decide to stay in your home with immediate or phased modifications, moving to a "fine as is" property, or modifications to a new home.  Some considerations might include:
-  driveways, basic access into your home
-  doorways
-  hallways
-  ramps   
-  windows
-  stairs
-  kitchen and/or bathroom cabinets & counter accessibility
-  flooring 
-  lighting & power needs
                                    and so much more...

We are not contractors or architects however the combination of our clinical expertise and contractor experience  enables us to help you identify and advise not just on simple fixes but we can plan and work with your architect or contractor if you decide more extensive alterations are called for.  We can be your proxy, help you have knowledgeable conversations with your design/construction team as well as assist you in screening your construction pros.  

Our Fees  

The initial consultation is 400.00.  This includes the above process, measurements and photos may be be taken, you will receive a a hard copy and/or pdf report of findings and recommendations.  The visit will take approximately one to one and a half hours.  If you would like our contractor to assist you in screening and/or be onsite during any renovation work the fee is 80.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.  Any subsequent consultation with Eleanor or our contractor will be 80.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments.
